360 Virtual Tour: Professional 16K HDR Virtual Tour Services

We turn your venue into a fully navigable 360 virtual tour in 16K HDR quality; one-time payment with lifetime hosting included.

A 360 virtual tour lets your customers walk through your venue before they ever set foot inside. Since 2004, 360virtualtour.net has operated as a Netherlands-based virtual tour company, completing 50+ projects across 3 countries: the Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye. The virtual tour photographer who founded the studio still shoots and processes every project personally. Today we serve the entire European Union — and Türkiye will follow soon with a local partner. Our portfolio ranges from the Swarovski store in Amsterdam to boutique hotels on the Aegean coast, from furniture showrooms to the ancient city of Ephesus.

Why a 360 Virtual Tour Matters

Every customer who considers your hotel, restaurant, showroom or clinic silently asks the same question: "Does it really look like the photos?" Flat photography answers that question only halfway. A 360 virtual tour hands the controls to the visitor and lets them explore the space freely, which builds a level of trust that no photo gallery can match.

The concrete benefits for your business:

  • Trust through transparency: Visitors see exactly what to expect, which removes the biggest barrier to booking, visiting or requesting a quote. For experience-driven businesses such as hotels, event venues and clinics, that trust converts directly into reservations.
  • Stand out on Google: Businesses with a virtual tour on their Google Maps listing visually outclass competitors in local search results. Your tour connects to your Business Profile, so everyone who finds you on the map can step inside.
  • A showroom that never closes: While your physical doors are shut, the tour on your website keeps working. International customers explore your venue before they book their trip.
  • A one-time investment, not a subscription: Many providers rent you your own tour through monthly fees. We charge once, include lifetime hosting, and hand you the files. The tour is an asset you own, not a service you rent.

How We Work

We manage the entire process from first survey to final publish; your only task is to have the space ready on shoot day.

1. Survey and Shot Plan

We start by mapping your venue: which areas will be covered, from which viewpoints, at what time of day the light works best. From this plan we produce a fixed scene list and a firm quote. No surprise line items; nothing starts before you approve.

2. Shoot Day: 16K HDR Capture

We shoot with professional equipment using HDR (high dynamic range) technique. Multiple exposures per viewpoint are merged so that both the view through the window and the interior details are rendered in balanced light. The result is a set of razor-sharp panoramas at up to 16K resolution.

3. Post-Production

Back in the studio we stitch the panoramas, correct colour and light, and remove tripod traces. We then connect the scenes with hotspots and add your branded menu panel, info labels and language options.

4. Delivery and Publishing

You receive an embed code for your website, and we publish the tour on Google Maps via our Google Street View service. Lifetime hosting is on us; if you prefer, you get the full file package to host on your own server.

What Is Included

Every virtual tour project comes with the following as standard:

  • HDR 360° panoramas at up to 16K resolution
  • Hotspot navigation between scenes and a branded tour menu
  • Publishing on Google Street View and Google Maps
  • A ready-made embed code; compatible with mobile, tablet and VR headsets
  • Lifetime hosting; no subscription, no annual renewal fees
  • A self-hosting option with full ownership of all files
  • Social media cover images (Standard package and above)
  • A teaser video (Premium package)

Packages are split into Mini, Standard and Premium by scene count; extra scenes and add-on services are listed individually in our public price list.

VR Tours: Your Tour Works in a Headset Too

Every 360-degree virtual tour we produce is VR-ready at no extra cost and without a separate version. On a phone the visitor can switch to a split-screen VR mode and stand inside the space with a simple cardboard viewer; on standalone headsets such as Meta Quest the tour opens straight from the browser over WebXR. There is no app to download and nothing to install from a store.

The reason this works is technical: we shoot each scene as a 16K HDR spherical panorama, so the image is already a full sphere in every direction the head can turn. We do no after-the-fact conversion for the VR tour — the same files run in the browser and in the headset.

Virtual reality mode earns its keep in specific moments: walking a visitor through your facility at a trade show, showing an investor a project still under construction, explaining a hotel to a client in another country. It puts the decision-maker inside the room even when the room is far away.

Where Our Tours Work

Hotels and Hospitality

A tour covering every room type plus the lobby, restaurant, pool and spa lets guests explore the entire property before they book. Projects such as Baia Hotel and the boutique Trilyalı Hotel pair this with a multilingual menu for international guests. Our hotel virtual tour page shows how this works in practice.

Retail and Showrooms

Furniture and design showrooms see some of the fastest returns from virtual tours. We have shot tours for Swarovski in Amsterdam, Life Interieur in Amsterdam-Osdorp and the Kelebek furniture showroom in Türkiye. Customers browse the collection online and arrive at the store already knowing what they want.

Culture and Attractions

Our virtual tour of the ancient city of Ephesus makes a world heritage site explorable from anywhere; attraction centres such as Zuiderpark in the Netherlands use our tours as both a digital archive and a promotion channel.

Restaurants, Venues and Clinics

From a pizzeria in Beerzel, Belgium to dental clinics and event halls: any space where the customer wonders what it is like inside is a natural fit for a virtual tour and shortens the decision process.

How much does a 360 virtual tour cost?

The price depends mainly on the number of scenes, plus any extras such as a teaser video. Unlike most providers, we publish our full price list on this website, and every package is a one-time payment. Use the price calculator to see a clear estimate in minutes.

How long does a shoot take?

A small business location usually takes a few hours; a multi-floor hotel or a large facility can take half a day to a full day. We plan the shoot so your daily operations are not disrupted.

Can I host the tour on my own server?

Yes. You receive the complete tour files and can host them on your own infrastructure, which many of our European clients prefer for GDPR reasons. Lifetime hosting on our servers is included either way, so the choice is yours.

How are you different from Matterport?

With Matterport you pay a monthly subscription to keep your tour online; stop paying and the tour disappears. With us you pay once, lifetime hosting is included, and you own every file. There are no recurring fees of any kind.

Will my tour appear on Google Maps?

Yes. We publish your tour through Google Street View, linked to your Business Profile, so anyone who finds you on Google Maps can step inside and look around.

Which regions do you cover?

Our own Netherlands-based team covers the entire European Union — travel is included anywhere in the Netherlands, and other EU countries are handled with a transparent, distance-based travel fee. Our Türkiye service launches soon with a local partner.

Can the tour be viewed with a VR headset?

Yes. Every virtual tour we produce is VR-ready at no extra cost and without a separate version. On a phone you can switch to a split-screen VR mode and use a cardboard viewer; on standalone headsets such as Meta Quest the tour opens straight from the browser over WebXR. No app installation is needed.
