KVKK Information Notice

This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you use this website or contact 360virtualtour.net.

1. Data controller

Within the meaning of KVKK, the data controller is the operator of 360virtualtour.net.

2. Personal data we process

• Identity information: your name
• Contact information: e-mail address and, if you share it, phone number
• Customer transaction information: the content of messages and project details you send through our forms
• Transaction security information: IP address and browser data processed by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection
• Website usage data, only with your explicit consent: page views, device and browser information collected by Google Analytics 4

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to your inquiries and preparing quotations
• Establishing and performing a contract when you place an order
• Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse
• Measuring website usage and improving our services, only with your explicit consent
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Transfer of personal data

• Form messages are delivered to us through our e-mail (SMTP) service provider.
• With your explicit consent, analytics data is transferred to Google and may be processed abroad; this transfer relies on the safeguards foreseen in Article 9 of KVKK.
• Technical data for spam protection is transferred to Cloudflare.

Your personal data is never sold and never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Method and legal basis of collection

Your data is collected directly from you, fully or partially by automated means, through the forms on this website, cookies and similar technologies. The legal bases are: your explicit consent (Article 5/1), the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2(c)), our legitimate interests (Article 5/2(f)) and legal obligations (Article 5/2(ç)) of KVKK.

6. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK

You have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed
• request information if your personal data has been processed
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• request rectification if data is incomplete or inaccurate
• request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7 of KVKK
• request that rectification or deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
• object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You may submit your application by e-mail to info@360virtualtour.net. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
