Cookie Policy

1. In short

  • Until you press "Accept", this website sets no analytics cookies and sends no data to Google. The Google Analytics script is not even loaded.
  • If you press "Decline" or make no choice, nothing is tracked. Not even cookieless signals are sent to Google.
  • You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
  • We count page visits with a cookieless server counter: nothing is written to your device and no personal data is stored (see section 6).

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between pages or visits. This website also uses your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. Below we list everything we store and why.

These entries only make the website work the way you asked. They contain no personal data and are never sent to anyone else:

  • consent-v1 (local storage): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask again on every page. It stays until you change your choice or clear your site data.
  • theme (local storage): remembers the display mode you picked (light, dark or night). It is only written when you switch the mode yourself.
  • vt_country (cookie, 1 year): remembers the country you picked in the country selector at the bottom of the page, so prices and contact details match your region. It is only set when you pick a country.

Your language is part of the web address (for example /en or /tr), so no language cookie is needed.

4. Analytics cookies, only after "Accept"

Only if you press "Accept" does this website load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets:

  • _ga: a random ID that tells visits apart; kept for up to 2 years
  • _ga_Y4K61099GD: keeps the state of your current visit; kept for up to 2 years

We use this only for visit statistics, such as which pages are useful and where visitors come from. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The random ID in these cookies still counts as pseudonymous personal data under the GDPR, which is why we ask for your consent first (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Our 360° tours

The virtual tours under /360/ follow the same choice: they load Google Analytics only if you pressed "Accept" on this website. When one of our tours is embedded on another website, your choice from this site is not available there, so no analytics runs at all.

To see which of our pages are read, a simple counter runs on our own server. It writes nothing to your device and reads nothing from it: no cookies, no local storage, no script and no fingerprinting, and the data is shared with no one. From the information your browser already sends when it requests a page, it counts only these four things, as daily totals:

  • the address of the page
  • the site you came from (its name only, such as "google", not the full address)
  • the type of device: mobile, tablet or desktop
  • the code of your browser language (such as "nl")

Your IP address, browser signature, time of visit or any identifier that could recognise you is not stored. The totals cannot be traced back to individual visits, so they are not personal data and need no consent. They are kept for 25 months and then deleted automatically.

7. Google Search Console: no code, no cookies

We use Google Search Console to see how our pages appear in Google Search. It works with data that Google collects on its own search pages. It needs no script and no cookie on this website and does not track you here.

8. How to change or withdraw your choice

  • Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page and choose "Accept" or "Decline". Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
  • If you decline after accepting, we delete the _ga cookies at once and reload the page, so Google Analytics stops completely.
  • You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The website keeps working; it will just ask for your choice again.

9. Contact form spam protection

When you start filling in a form, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to check that a human is sending it. It is part of the service you request, is not used for advertising, and is described in our Privacy Policy.
