About Us
Since 2004: in the field since the early days of virtual tours
360virtualtour.net was founded in 2004, at a time when 360° photography barely had a name. Back then, showing a panorama on the internet was serious engineering: scenes were stitched and aligned by hand, pioneering players like krpano ran on Flash, and mobile compatibility was not yet a concept. We learned by living through that era — and as the technology leapt forward, from the move to HTML5 to today's 16K HDR workflow, we kept learning.
That experience gives us something concrete today: when we walk into a space, we read the light, the reflections, the visitor's line of sight and how the tour will render on every device, all at once. As a team that has tested every new generation of hardware and software for over twenty years and spent hundreds of shoot days in the field, we make the right decisions at the moment of capture.
Based in the Netherlands, working across Europe
Our company is based in the Netherlands and we invoice from the Netherlands. From our Amsterdam team we shoot across the entire European Union: travel is included anywhere in the Netherlands, while other EU countries carry a transparent, distance-based travel fee (minimum €100) that is stated openly in the quote. In Türkiye, our service launches soon with a local partner — the planned Türkiye list prices are already published openly on our website.
Our portfolio ranges from hotels and boutique properties to restaurants, galleries, showrooms, clinics, offices and historic sites including ancient cities. Every tour in our portfolio is still online and can be explored on our website.
This structure has a concrete meaning in the field: a hotel chain in Türkiye and a museum in Amsterdam go through the same workflow, the same quality control and the same delivery standard. Whichever language you prefer for communication from quote to delivery — Turkish, English or Dutch — the process runs with the same transparency.
Our approach: the owner is on every shoot, personally
In this craft, quality hides less in the equipment than in the decisions made at the moment of capture. From which point to shoot, at what hour the light falls right, how to handle reflective surfaces... That is why the owner of the company personally shoots and processes every project. We do not hand work to subcontractors or seasonal crews. For our clients the meaning is clear: the quality they see in the portfolio is exactly the quality their own project will receive.
The same care continues after production. Every panorama is processed individually; tripod marks are removed, colour and exposure are balanced, and hotspots are placed to follow the visitor's natural flow. A tour never goes live without the client's approval.
Equipment and technology
We shoot with a 16K resolution HDR workflow. HDR lets us preserve both the bright window light and the dark interior detail in the same scene; 16K resolution means a sharp image even on large screens and deep zooms. The tour player is lightweight, fast-loading and runs smoothly on all modern browsers and devices.
Why a subscription-free model?
The industry's dominant model is built on renting your tour from a platform: to keep it online, you pay again every year. We don't believe that serves the client. A business's virtual tour should be a lasting asset, like its signboard or its website.
That is why we charge a one-time payment and take on the hosting for life. Your tour stays online on our servers without interruption; and if you prefer, you can take the entire set of files and host them on your own server. Data ownership always rests with the client — taking the tour down, moving it or publishing it elsewhere is entirely your decision.
Our values
Transparent pricing. We were among the first virtual tour companies in the market to publish an open price list, and we have stood by that for years. Our prices are public on our website, and whatever the quote says is what the invoice shows.
Data ownership with the client. Every file we produce belongs to the client on delivery. The future of your tour depends on you, not on a subscription.
Ownership. We shoot every project personally and stand behind every delivery. If something goes wrong, your counterpart is the very person who did the work.
Longevity. We have been online since 2004 and still work with clients from those early tours. You can be confident the company you entrust your tour to will still be here in ten years.
Get in touch
To discuss your project, all you need to do is write. We reply the same day and settle the right package for your venue and your goals together.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2004. We have been producing virtual tours continuously since the days when 360° photography was viewed in the browser through Flash — which makes us one of the most experienced teams in Türkiye and Europe.
Which countries are you active in?
Our Netherlands-based team shoots across the entire European Union; our Türkiye service launches soon with a local partner.
Who does the shooting?
The owner personally shoots and processes every project. We never hand the work to subcontractors; we believe the quality standard can only be protected by standing behind the camera ourselves.
Who owns the tour files?
You do, entirely. All tour files are delivered to you; you can host them on your own server if you wish. Even when we provide the hosting, data ownership always stays with the client.
