Accessibility Statement
October 29, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use 360virtualtour.net, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or other assistive technology. This statement applies to the website 360virtualtour.net. It does not cover the websites of our clients or third-party platforms on which our tours are published.
1. Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the level referred to by the European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
2. Conformance status
360virtualtour.net is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: most of the website meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully meet it (see section 4).
3. What we do
- Every page states its language, and right-to-left languages are displayed right to left.
- A "skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the navigation.
- Form fields have visible labels. Error messages and the confirmation after sending are announced to screen readers, and the keyboard focus moves to the confirmation.
- Menus, buttons and form fields are designed to be operated with the keyboard; open menus close with the Esc key.
- Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Analytics does not load before you give consent, and the consent banner can be operated with the keyboard.
4. Known limitations
- 360° virtual tours. The tours are interactive panoramic photographs. They are visual by nature and can only partly be operated with a keyboard; a screen reader cannot describe what is visible in the panorama. The project pages on this website describe the projects in text.
- Security check on the forms. The contact and booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It normally runs invisibly, but in rare cases it may show a challenge that is difficult to complete with assistive technology.
- Embedded third-party content. Content from other platforms (for example maps or tours hosted elsewhere) is not under our control and may not meet the standard.
5. How we checked
We evaluated the website ourselves: automated accessibility audits (Lighthouse) of the main pages, and automated browser tests of the forms (the confirmation is announced to screen readers and receives the keyboard focus after sending). No external audit has been carried out yet.
6. Feedback and contact
If you run into a barrier on this website, or you need information from it in another format, please tell us through the contact form. If you cannot use the form, you can write to us by post: SENFIA, Kaapstraat 42, 2572 HK Den Haag, the Netherlands. Please describe the page and the problem; we will look for a solution and reply.
7. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the authority responsible for accessibility in your country.
8. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 29 October 2026 on the basis of our own evaluation (section 5). We review it at least once a year and whenever the website changes significantly.
