Virtual Tour Production Studio: Photo Processing, Stitching & Publishing
You shoot, we produce: per-pano stitching and color grading, tour building, multilingual menus and publishing — B2B production services for virtual tour companies.
You shoot virtual tours but lose time on stitching, color grading and publishing? Or your workload is growing and you need a reliable production partner? The 360virtualtour.net Production Studio provides B2B production services to virtual tour companies, real estate photographers and digital agencies: you handle the shooting and the client relationship, we handle the production behind it.
Since 2004 we have produced 50+ projects end to end, and we run an infrastructure that publishes in 21 languages on our own site. We now open that same production line to fellow professionals. Every tour in our gallery came off this exact line — the same stitching, grading and viewer setup you would be buying.
1. Panorama Production — €10/pano
We turn your raw captures into publish-ready panoramas:
- Stitching of exposure series and alignment corrections
- Color and light grading (HDR look, white balance, window detail)
- Tripod/nadir cleanup on request, itemized per pano
- Delivery: high-resolution equirectangular files ready for web and print
Price: €10/pano. Same unit price at any volume; ask for volume rates on 50+ pano batches.
Capture standards: what we need from your shoot
We adapt to the rig you already use — a DSLR on a panoramic head shooting multi-row brackets, or a one-shot 360 camera. What makes the difference in the finished tour is consistency:
- Bracketed exposure series per viewpoint if you want the full HDR look; single exposures are fine for evenly lit spaces
- A level tripod at a consistent height from scene to scene, so the walkthrough feels smooth
- A nadir frame, or a note to patch the floor, wherever tripod cleanup matters
In a new collaboration the first scene doubles as a calibration pass: we process it, you check contrast, saturation and window detail, and once you approve the look we apply it to the entire batch. That way our output matches your house style instead of replacing it.
2. Tour Building & Publishing
We turn panoramas into a navigable, branded, multilingual tour. The price depends on three things: scene count, language count and information content. Every item is known in advance:
| Item | Price | | --- | --- | | Base setup (up to 10 scenes, 1 language, basic navigation hotspots, branded menu) | €150 | | Extra scene | €5/scene | | Extra language (menu + interface, translations provided by you) | €40/language | | Info point — text/image/video hotspot (first 10 included in base setup) | €3/each | | Google Street View / Maps publishing | €30/business profile | | Custom development (custom UI, API integration) | on quote |
The Street View line follows the same workflow as our own Google Street View service: we publish the approved panoramas to your client's Google Business Profile, so the venue becomes walkable straight from Maps and Search — under your client's listing, not ours.
E-commerce and per-product info entry: For store tours where every product needs info and links, the workload scales with catalogue size. Instead of a flat list price we scope the work together and provide a written quote with a guaranteed ceiling — no surprises for you or your client.
Hosting, Files and Infrastructure
You decide where the finished tour lives. The delivery package is a self-contained, krpano or Photo Sphere Viewer compatible folder that runs on any standard web server: most partners drop it onto their own domain or the client's, which also suits European clients who prefer to keep data on their own infrastructure for GDPR reasons. Prefer not to manage servers at all? Our lifetime hosting is available as an option — the same setup that runs our own site and its 21-language publishing infrastructure. Multilingual tours are native to that setup: we integrate the menu and interface translations you provide per language, and the same viewer serves every language from one link.
How It Works
- Send: Send your pano frames or ready panoramas via WeTransfer/Drive; share scene order, hotspot requests and brand assets (logo, colors) in a short brief.
- We produce: Production starts after order confirmation; pano processing takes 2-3 business days, tour building 3-7.
- Review: One revision round is included; collect changes in a single list.
- Receive: Take the tour package to host on your own server, or use our hosting; you own all files outright.
Who Is It For?
- Virtual tour companies: Take on more work in peak season without growing headcount.
- Real estate and architecture photographers: Focus on shooting, leave post-production to us.
- Digital agencies: Offer virtual tours to your clients under your own brand (white-label).
White-Label: Your Brand, Your Margin
We work white-label: the delivered package carries no trace of us; you stay the single point of contact for your client, or we stay in the background on the technical side — your choice. Your logo, your colors, your domain: for the end client, the tour is entirely your product, and briefs, questions and revisions all run through you.
The commercial model stays just as simple. You buy production at the fixed line-item prices above and set your own end price freely. What we charge direct end clients is public — our price list covers the complete 360 virtual tour service, shoot included — so you can position your own offer with full knowledge of where we stand in the market.

Which file formats do you accept?
We accept raw panorama frames (JPEG/TIFF, single exposures or bracketed series) as well as ready equirectangular panoramas. Send files via WeTransfer, Google Drive or a similar service.
What is the turnaround time?
Pano processing orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days; tour building projects take 3-7 business days depending on scope. We confirm an exact date when accepting the order.
Which platforms does the tour run on?
We deliver a krpano or Photo Sphere Viewer compatible package you can host on your own server. Optionally you can use our lifetime hosting.
Who handles translations in multilingual tours?
We integrate menu and interface translations you provide, at a fixed per-language setup fee. If you need the texts translated as well, we quote that separately.
Why are e-commerce product-linked tours priced by quote?
Per-product info and link entry scales with catalogue size. To avoid surprises we scope the product count together and provide a written quote with a guaranteed ceiling.
Will your name appear anywhere in the delivered tour?
No. We work strictly white-label: the package carries your branding only, and we never contact your client directly. If you wish, we remain available in the background for technical support — under your flag.
