In 2019, 360virtualtour.net produced a 360 virtual tour for Pizzeria Beerzel, in Beerzel in the Antwerp region, and published it on Google Street View, so anyone who finds the restaurant on Google Maps can step inside and feel the atmosphere before they book.

The project belongs to our Belgian portfolio, served from our Amsterdam base — Belgium is one of the three countries, alongside the Netherlands and Türkiye, where our work has grown to 52 projects since 2004.

Scope of the shoot

We photographed the pizzeria as a connected series of panoramic scenes covering the guest's evening: the entrance, the dining areas and the heart of the room where guests gather. Camera positions followed the natural flow of a visit, so the online walkthrough carries the rhythm of the real thing — arrive, look around, settle in.

Casual dining rooms like this one live on honest, warm light — and on the contrast between that warmth and the daylight outside. We shot with HDR bracketing so the tour holds both, and scheduled the session outside service hours so the room could be captured exactly as guests know it, without touching the day's work.
