Indicative estimate based on our published price list — your firm quote is confirmed after a venue assessment.
Travel is included anywhere in the Netherlands — you will not see it as a separate line on the quote.
Other EU countries: a distance-based travel fee applies, charged per kilometre (minimum €100).
For projects lasting more than one day, accommodation and extra-day costs are added. All costs are stated openly in the quote after the assessment — no surprises.
The venue must be ready for shooting at the agreed date and time. If the venue is not ready, any resulting delays and additional costs are the responsibility of the business.
One-time payment vs Matterport subscription
Our pricing approach: pay once, own it forever
In the 360° virtual tour business, asking for a price often turns into a drawn-out quoting process; numbers rarely appear on websites and extra line items surface later. Since 2004 we have done the opposite: we publish our price list openly, and the amount you see in the table above is the amount you pay.
The model is simple: one-time payment. We shoot, produce and publish your tour, then hand the files over to you. On top of that, hosting — keeping your tour online without interruption — is included for life. No renewal invoice arrives a year later, and your tour never goes dark because a subscription slipped your mind.
Our no-hidden-fees policy is equally straightforward. Whatever we agree at the quote stage is what appears on the invoice. HDR processing, nadir cleanup, a branded menu panel — if it is listed in your package, it is not billed separately; if it is not and you want it later, it is added at the fixed rates from the add-ons table.
Which package fits you?
We designed the packages around venue size and marketing goals; the core differences are the number of scenes (panoramas) and the extra media items.
The Mini package serves small businesses: a café, a salon, a practice or a boutique shop. A handful of scenes captures the essence of the space, and Google Street View publishing is included — the single most important step for visibility.
The Standard package is the middle ground most of our clients choose. It suits restaurants, showrooms, offices and clinics; hotspots and a branded menu panel guide visitors through the space, and social media cover images are part of the deal.
The Premium package covers large, multi-section venues: factories, galleries, big retail floors. A short teaser video comes in at this tier, and the tour can be presented with a multilingual menu.
If you are unsure, here is a practical rule of thumb: every meaningful stopping point you want a visitor to see is one scene. Entrance, main hall, terrace, meeting room... We settle the count together; we would rather recommend the right number than sell you scenes you do not need.
Tiered pricing for hotels
Hospitality properties follow a different logic: every room type shown individually, all common areas covered end to end, and multilingual presentation as a near-standard requirement. That is why our hotel package is tiered by room count — a boutique hotel and a large resort do not pay the same. Booking.com and Google integration are included at this level. Find your tier in the table; for capacities beyond the listed range we prepare a custom quote after a survey.
Travel and shoot-day policy
For our Netherlands-based company, travel anywhere in the Netherlands is included in the price — you will not see it as a separate line on the quote. In other EU countries a distance-based, per-kilometre travel fee applies (minimum €100), always stated openly in your quote before the shoot. Projects lasting more than one day also carry accommodation and extra-day costs, again agreed in advance — no surprise line items. Our only requirement for the shoot day is that the venue is ready at the agreed date and time: we send a preparation list in advance, and any delays or extra costs caused by a venue that is not ready are the responsibility of the business. In Türkiye, our service launches soon with a local partner; travel and accommodation terms will be stated in the quote with the same transparency at launch.
Compared to a Matterport subscription
Most people reading this page have the same question in mind: "Why this, when Matterport exists?"
In the Matterport model your tour lives on their platform, and you pay a monthly or annual subscription for as long as you use it. The total cost accumulates with every renewal; the day you stop paying, your tour goes offline. In other words, your money buys you a rented publishing right, not a lasting asset.
Our model inverts that equation: you pay once and the tour is permanently yours. Because we cover the hosting, there is no recurring annual cost; and if you prefer, you can move the entire tour to your own server and become fully independent of us. On top of that, we do the shooting for you in 16K HDR quality — no equipment to buy, nothing to learn, no shoot day to manage yourself.
Over time, the accumulating total of a subscription sits next to a single payment and the difference speaks for itself. We publish our numbers openly; the comparison is yours to make.
Questions?
The frequently asked questions below offer short answers. If your project has special circumstances, write to us — you will get a clear reply within the day.
What is included in the price?
The shoot, HDR post-processing, tour assembly, an embed code for your website and lifetime hosting are all included. Google Street View publishing is part of every package as well. Only out-of-region travel is quoted separately.
Why a one-time payment instead of a subscription?
Your tour is your property; we don't think you should pay us every year just to keep it online. You pay once, and all files — hosting included — remain yours permanently.
Can I add more scenes to my tour later?
Yes. If your business grows or you open a new section, we can shoot additional scenes and extend the existing tour; the per-scene rate is shown in the add-ons table.
How does payment work?
After the survey we send a fixed quote. A deposit is due when the shoot day is scheduled, the balance on delivery. We never add items to the invoice that were not in the quote.
My city is not listed — will there be extra charges?
Travel is included anywhere in the Netherlands. In other EU countries a distance-based, per-kilometre travel fee applies (minimum €100); for projects lasting more than one day, accommodation costs are added. All costs are stated openly in the quote after the survey — no surprises.
Why are there two price regions?
We are a single company based in the Netherlands and we invoice from the Netherlands; our EU prices are in euro (€). Our Türkiye service launches soon with a local partner — Türkiye list prices are converted from the euro base prices at the ECB daily rate, and the final amount is fixed in your quote.
How should we prepare the venue for the shoot day?
Before the shoot we send a short preparation list: lights to keep on, personal items to put away, display arrangements. The venue must be ready at the agreed date and time; any delays and additional costs caused by a venue that is not ready are the responsibility of the business.
