Kayioba Konakları phase 4: completing the picture

By its fourth phase in 2021, Kayioba Konakları had grown into an established residential community in Bursa — and 360virtualtour.net was once again behind the camera, producing the 360 virtual tour for this stage with ground-level panoramas and aerial drone views.

Three collaborations had already proven what a tour does for a property launch: it carries the project to buyers who cannot visit, it arms the sales team with a link worth sending, and it keeps working long after the launch campaign ends. Phase four received the same treatment.

Scope of the shoot

We captured the fourth phase as a connected route of panoramic scenes through the spaces that sell a home: the residential interiors and the communal areas of the development. Aerial panoramas from the drone placed the new phase in context — the completed earlier stages around it, the neighbourhood beyond, the green of the Bursa landscape.

As with every phase before it, the shoot used HDR bracketing throughout. Window light and interior shadow both keep their detail, rooms read at honest proportions, and the finished tour shows buyers exactly what they would see standing in the space — no more, no less.
