In 2019, 360virtualtour.net produced a virtual tour for the second phase of Kayioba Konakları, a residential development in Bursa, combining ground-level panoramas with aerial drone panoramas that show the project in its setting.

Scope of the shoot
We photographed the development as a route of connected panoramic scenes covering the spaces a buyer wants to see: the residential interiors and the shared areas that define daily life in the project. The aerial component added drone panoramas above the site, placing the buildings in their landscape — the context no interior photograph can provide.
Property shoots demand honest geometry and careful light: rooms must read at their true proportions, with window views and interior detail balanced in the same frame. We shot with HDR bracketing throughout, so the finished tour shows each space as it actually is — the standard a buyer deserves when deciding at a distance.
