Scope of the shoot
We photographed the stand as a connected series of panoramic scenes covering the full exhibition layout: the product displays, the meeting and consultation areas, and the walk-through route visitors followed during the fair. Camera positions mirrored that natural visitor flow, so the online experience reconstructs what it was like to be there.
Fairground photography means working with the hall's mixed lighting — overhead rigs, spotlights on the products, and open sides letting in ambient light. We shot with HDR bracketing so the finished tour keeps the stand's atmosphere while holding detail across the whole tonal range, and we timed the session within the fair's schedule to capture the stand in its finished state.
