How does the process work?
We start with a short call to understand your venue and goals, then send a fixed quote. Once approved, we schedule the shoot day; after shooting, processing and tour assembly, the draft is sent for your approval. The tour goes live when you approve it and is delivered with an embed code.
How long does a shoot take?
It depends on the size of the venue. A small business usually takes a few hours; large properties and hotels can take a full day. We plan the shoot day together to coincide with the quietest hours of your operation.
When will the tour go live?
Processing and tour assembly are usually finished within a few business days after the shoot. The draft tour is sent to you for approval and goes live the same day you confirm it. If your project needs urgent delivery, we can plan for that before the shoot.
Is hosting really for life?
Yes. You never pay an annual fee to keep your tour online on our servers; it is a permanent part of the package you buy. We have been online since 2004, and tours from those early years still run without interruption.
How do I appear on Google Maps?
Every package includes Google Street View publishing. Your tour is connected to your business profile on Google Maps, so customers who find you can walk through your venue directly in Maps. We handle the setup; all you need to do is grant us access to your business profile.
Can I host the tour on my own server?
Yes. All tour files are delivered to you, and you can host them on your own server or CDN if you prefer. The files run on open web standards, so you can publish them independently of us. Or we can keep hosting it for you — the choice is yours.
How does payment work?
After the survey we send a fixed quote. A deposit is due when the shoot day is scheduled, the balance on delivery. EU projects are invoiced in euro (€) from the Netherlands; nothing is ever added beyond the quote.
Which cities do you work in?
Our Netherlands-based team shoots across the entire European Union. Travel is included anywhere in the Netherlands; in other EU countries a distance-based, per-kilometre travel fee (minimum €100) is stated openly in the quote. Our Türkiye service launches soon with a local partner.
Do we need to prepare anything before the shoot?
A clean and tidy venue is enough — the tour shows your space as it is. Before the shoot we send a short preparation list: lights to keep on, personal items to put away, display arrangements. Small details like these visibly raise the image quality. The venue must be ready at the agreed date and time; any delays and additional costs caused by a venue that is not ready are the responsibility of the business.
Can the tour be updated later?
Yes. For a renovated section, a new room or a changed display, we can shoot additional scenes and extend the existing tour — there is no need to redo it from scratch. Interface updates such as texts, menus and hotspots are equally possible.
